• From service providers (ThriveCart, payment processors, Flodesk) as needed to fulfill purchases and deliver services.

• Transaction records: up to 7 years (tax/accounting).

• Marketing data: until you unsubscribe or after 24 months of inactivity.

• Support messages: typically 24 months unless needed longer for legal reasons.

We may retain anonymized or aggregated data longer.
