1) Agreement

By purchasing, accessing, or downloading our products, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not purchase. These terms apply to all digital downloads, templates, memberships, courses, and related materials sold via ThriveCart and delivered via email or hosted platforms (e.g., ThriveCart Learn).

 

2) Products & Licenses

We sell digital goods. Some items are Personal-Use only; others are sold with a PLR (Private Label Rights) license. The applicable license is shown on each product page and/or in your download.

 

Personal-Use License (summary)

• You may use the files for your own personal projects.

• You may not sell, share, or distribute the editable/source files; no commercial use.

 

PLR License (summary)

• You may edit, rebrand, and use the content to create new end products for sale to your customers (e.g., PDFs, PNGs, printed goods).

• You may not resell, share, or distribute the editable/source files (e.g., Canva/PowerPoint originals), nor pass along PLR, MRR, or any resale/redistribution rights to your buyers.

• You may not list source files as your own PLR, upload to marketplaces as editable templates, or create competing template packs where the primary value is the editable content itself.

• Attribution is not required (appreciated but optional).

If any license wording here conflicts with a product’s specific TOU, the product-specific TOU controls.

 

3) Ordering, Prices, Taxes

Prices are shown at checkout and may vary by currency. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout per your jurisdiction. Coupons/discounts are time-limited and may have restrictions. We may change prices and correct typographical errors.

 

4) Delivery & Access

Digital items are delivered by instant download link and/or email. Course or membership content may be delivered through ThriveCart Learn. Please download and back up your files promptly. If you do not receive access within 15 minutes, contact support at [email protected].

 

5) Refunds & Cancellations

Digital products: Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final and non-refundable. If you have any issue with access or files, contact us—we’re happy to help resolve it.

Memberships/subscriptions: You may cancel anytime before the next billing date. Access continues through the end of the paid term; no prorated refunds.

Chargebacks: Please contact us first to resolve issues. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension.

Statutory rights (where applicable) are not affected. If a specific product advertises a guarantee, that guarantee governs instead of the default no-refund policy above.

 

6) Account & Fair Use

Do not share your login or download links. We may monitor for excessive download or sharing activity and may suspend access to protect our IP and other customers.

 

7) Intellectual Property

All content (including templates, graphics, text, and course materials) is owned by us or our licensors. You receive a license to use the content as described above; you do not acquire ownership of the IP or the right to claim authorship of the original works. 8) Acceptable Use & Restrictions

You agree not to use our content for unlawful purposes; to defame, mislead, or infringe others’ rights; to train AI models or datasets; or to circumvent license restrictions. We may revoke your license for violations.

 

9) Earnings & Testimonials

Examples, earnings, and testimonials are illustrative only and do not guarantee results. Your success depends on your skills, effort, and market factors.

 

10) Warranties & Liability

Our products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

 

11) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Venue and jurisdiction shall be in the courts of Ontario, Canada.

 

12) Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date shows the current version. Material changes will be noted on our site or during checkout.
